Diana Collela to head up Autodesk’s Media & Entertainment Group

Autodesk has promoted Diana Colella to senior vice president of Autodesk’s Media and Entertainment (M&A) group. This division of the company oversees the Autodesk products used in film and TV production, as well as videogame development. These include the widely used Maya, 3ds Max, Mudbox, MotionBuilder and Arnold.

Colella has worked at Autodesk for two decades, after first joining the company through its acquisition of Discreet Logic in 1999.

She has since held a broad range of roles at the company, including in product management, product design, worldwide support and services, sales, and operations.

In her new role, she will be responsible for increasing the visibility and strategic focus of Autodesk’s M&E efforts, leading growth in the industry.

Colella is based at Autodesk’s Montreal office.
