Carlotta is an award-winning Virtual Production Executive Producer, specialising in advertising and short-form commercial content. A creative technologist at heart,  she operates at the intersection of digital innovation and traditional production, delivering sophisticated storytelling solutions in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Currently, Carlotta leads the EMEA immersive division of Shutterstock Studios, steering international strategic partnerships and advancing the use of creative technologies across the region.

Carlotta is a Fellow of the Epic Games Unreal Engine Fellowship, and served as a consultant and mentor to national film schools, including Westminster University and the National Film and Television School (NFTS). She is also a committed advocate for the ethical use of emerging technologies and the integration of sustainable practices within the creative industries.
