David Wilson is Emeritus Professor of Criminology at Birmingham City University, a TV and Radio presenter and a best-selling author.  His new book – A History of Britain in 20 Murders (Sphere) will be published this August and the new series of In the Footsteps of Killers – which he co-presents with Emilia Fox – will be broadcast in June.
