
Dean Webster
Dean has been working in television for the past ten years, is currently a Development Executive and Producer/Director specialising in youth focused factual, factual entertainment and reality programming and was listed as Broadcast Magazine’s Hot Shots for 2022.
He has worked as a Producer/Director on BBC Three documentaries ‘Is Uni Racist?’ and ‘Music’s Dirty Secrets: Women Fight Back’ – both of which aired on BBC One and factual entertainment series ‘Rent Like a Boss’. In Development, he’s worked at Barcroft Studios, Chalkboard TV and in-house at MTV International. He has worked in Development at Ten66 Television for the last six years and was involved in developing the BBC Three reality dating series ‘Love in The Flesh’ and Channel 4 observation documentary 'Alpine Hotel At Christmas'.
He is currently on the committee of the Unscripted TV Branch of BECTU and a Non-Executive Director of Creative Access.
