With over two decades of experience in the film, television, and broadcast industries, Dee brings a unique blend of commercial, non-profit, and public sector expertise to the field of corporate sustainability. Recognised as a leader in sustainable business, she brings in-house leadership and consultancy experience to support clients in developing tailored sustainability strategies that drive long-term value and resilience. Her areas of focus include ESG strategy and policy development, corporate reporting, risk and opportunity assessment, carbon footprint analysis, science-based decarbonisation pathways, and sustainable supply chain engagement.

An active contributor to the sustainability and social impact space, Dee is a Practitioner Member of IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment), a Board Trustee of Age UK Croydon, a member of the Media Technology Sustainability Series Board, and an advisor to Climategames.
