Erica is an award winning and BAFTA-nominated documentary director and producer, with years of experience making films that give people a voice. She has filmed and directed documentaries for both major UK and US broadcasters, including the BBC, Channel 4 and HBO.  Erica most recently directed and filmed Al Fayed: Predator at Harrods which aired on the BBC in September 2024.  She was involved in the extensive press coverage and the film won Scoop of the Year at the RTS Awards.  In 2022, Erica directed a three-part series, Ghislaine Maxwell: Making of a Monster, for Channel 4 / Startz, which was shortlisted for the Rose d'Or Awards in Documentary.  Her film, Saudi Women's Driving School was named as one of 17 inspiring films to watch on International Women's Day 2022, and her most recent films include My Grandparent's War - Kiera Knightly for Channel 4,  Mad Women for Channel 4 and Glitter: The Popstar Paedophile for ITV.
