Starting in the Location Department and now working as a UPM and Line Producer, Georgette has worked her way up the ladder to be a leading member of the UK film industry. Winner of the Production Guild Inspiration Award and recently a finalist for HRH Duke of Edinburgh award for services to Diversity and Inclusion, Georgette is always looking for ways to help and navigate better working conditions. Diversity has always been a key factor for Georgette when recruiting in the industry, coming from a working class background and growing up in a majority BAME community, running workshops and teaching minority groups has been a constant throughout her career to help inspire others and create opportunities that are often hard to come by.
