A distinguished Colourist in the world of post-production Joe has built a striking portfolio showcasing collaborations with award-winning directors, cinematographers and production teams. With a career spanning over two decades, across long-form factual and scripted programming he specialises in grading high-end content for leading studios, streamers and broadcasters, mastering in HDR Dolby Vision, SDR and for theatrical release.

In both 2023 and 2024, Joe received back-to-back Excellence in Grading awards at the Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards - first for the Netflix Original Capturing the Killer Nurse and again in 2024 for the feature documentary The Greatest Night in Pop (Netflix/Paramount).

Dedicated to fostering strong creative collaboration, Joe has a deep interest in look development and emerging technologies. He is committed to crafting visually compelling narratives and continually refining the storytelling experience through texture, tone and colour.
