Luke Seraphin (they/them) is responsible for Diversity and Inclusion for Sky’s entertainment content, leading on all inclusion and diversity strategy and delivery.  In this role they are responsible for increasing Sky’s representation of under-represented groups on and off screen, as well as driving forwards greater inclusion and accessibility.

Prior to this role Luke was the Head of PR for Sky’s Drama and Factual offering.  Luke has previously worked in the UK, USA, and Europe, with a variety of organisations including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, BBC, Channel 4 and ITV.  

Luke is genderqueer and neurodivergent, and is a passionate advocate for destigmatising conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
