He began his professional journey in the financial sector, where he spent 20 years building a strong foundation in operations and leadership. After transitioning into the start-up space and later the lighting industry, Marcus honed his skills in managing large teams and driving operational efficiency.

For the past 10 years, Marcus has specialised in the IT sector, leading complex infrastructure delivery projects across a range of industries. His expertise lies in aligning technology initiatives with strategic business goals while ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.

Since joining Sky Studios Elstree four years ago, Marcus has led the on-site technology team, playing a pivotal role in supporting both studio operations and high-profile productions. His leadership has been integral to the studio’s success since its formal opening, ensuring robust and innovative technology solutions are in place to meet the dynamic needs of a world-class media production facility.
