Michelle is a psychologist, consultant, coach and trainer with over 20 years’ experience of leading teams within the creative sector. She is Co-Director of 6FT From the Spotlight a company focussing on welfare, wellbeing and leadership within the film and TV industry. She has been instrumental in structuring, developing and implementing the new role of Wellbeing Facilitator for the screens sector, alongside her 6FT From colleagues. Michelle is an invited Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, for her work developing emerging creatives within the film industry and has contributed to the development of the BAFTA/BFI anti-bullying principles within the screen industries and the Film and TV Charities Mentally Healthy Productions Toolkit.
