Natascha is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of ENVY Post Production, part of the ENVY Group, which includes Absolute Post and sister animation studio Blind Pig. With a team of around 250, the group delivers full post-production services from capture to grade and sound to animation and VFX working across television/film and commercials for major brands like Sky, Adidas, and Aston Martin, as well as hit shows such as Gogglebox, The Cleaner, and The Traitors.

Starting her career as a runner, Natascha worked her way up through engineering and production. In 2008, she launched the ENVY Academy, a specialist training program designed to nurture new talent and support media students. Passionate about diversity in the industry, she mentors for WFTV, RISE, and Wonder Women TV.

Natascha has won a RISE Business Award which celebrates talent, skills and expertise of women across the broadcast technology and services sectors, and she has received an outstanding contribution award at Promax UK which is the leading voice of British Television Marketing and Creativity plus she was honoured to be featured in the WFTV (Women in Film and TV) top 100 list. Most recently Natascha and Dave received an outstanding achievement award by UK Screen Alliance for their contribution to the Post Production Industry
