Studio Director, Farnborough International Studios

Rachel Morrison is the Director of Farnborough International Studios, home to two 22,000 sq ft sound stages, 20,000 sq ft of workshop space, and over one million sq ft of unit base and parking facilities.

Before joining Farnborough International, Rachel played a key role at Stage Fifty, supporting five stages across three locations. Prior to that, she was Facilities Manager at Twickenham Film Studios, overseeing operations at one of the UK's most iconic production venues.

Rachel also brings strong production-side experience, having supported major BBC events including Radio 2's Festival in a Day, The Proms, and national election coverage.

As Managing Director of Nomad Pop-Up Cinema Company, she led the delivery of high-profile screenings in landmark locations such as Hyde Park, Brompton Cemetery, and outside St Paul’s Cathedral. Her work also included pioneering outdoor film premieres for major streamers like Warner Brothers and Disney.

Earlier in her career, Rachel spent a decade as Site Manager at Fountain TV Studios, where she was instrumental in delivering some of the UK's most popular light entertainment shows, including The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, Taskmaster, Tipping Point, The Last Leg, and The Voice.

Rachel’s career reflects a deep commitment to both the creative and operational sides of the screen industries, with a track record of delivering excellence across studio management, live events, and large-scale productions.
