Robert is the writer/creator of Channel 4’s 6-series hit comedy Friday Night Dinner. He co-created and starred in BBC 2’s award-winning Look Around You, produced the BAFTA-winning Peep Show, co-wrote episodes of Stath Lets Flats with Jamie Demetriou, and wrote on season 14 of South Park. Robert has also script-edited many of the country’s leading comedies, including The Inbetweeners and The IT Crowd.

Robert wrote the bestselling The Timewaster Letters books under his pseudonym, Robin Cooper. His latest book is The Elsie Drake Letters.
