
Steph Hobart
Steph Hobart is Managing Director of Brothers & Sisters Sports Club, the specialist division of independent creative agency Brothers & Sisters, built from 20 years’ experience making campaigns for the biggest sports broadcasters like Sky Sports and TNT Sports. She currently works with clients including WTA, Castore and Nike. She is also Managing Director of the company’s AI production studio which launched in March 2025 and exists to match world-class strategy and ideas with world-class execution all under one roof.
Steph has a wealth of experience both brand and agency side, having spent four years as Brand Marketing Director at King Games, owners of Candy Crush, overseeing its rise in status to global entertainment brand.
She has also worked at The Department for International Trade, The Martin Agency and RKCR/Y&R, leading a number of standout creative campaigns, driving fame and commercial impact for domestic and global brands including Sky TV, Netflix, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Hive by British Gas.
